00:45:09>> There you go.
00:45:11Monday.
00:45:11So, thinking about the forecast for the week ahead.
00:45:14Here is jeff -- >> two storms to contend with this week.
00:45:18First one, starting to bring activity the bay area.
00:45:22Not a major system.
00:45:23Tomorrow you will feel the effects, around 2,000 feet.
00:45:26We are looking at some low snow in the forecast.
00:45:28Right now, 51, san francisco.
00:45:30We haven't seen that on again/off again shower activity.
00:45:34North bay started to dry out from the first wave of energy in petalum.
00:45:39Shower activity.
00:45:40Lasting about over the next hour, two hours.
00:45:43San francisco, down the peninsula.
00:45:44More of a moderate area of rainfall continuing off towards the east.
00:45:47Into the east bay.
00:45:48And passing livermore.
00:45:51Pleasantton.
00:45:52Dublin.
00:45:52Walnut creek.
00:45:53South bay.
00:45:54Santa cruz mountains.
00:45:55Finding a string of moderate rainfall that once again will last for the next hour to hour and a half.
00:46:00All right.
00:46:01Currently temperatures in the 40s, TO NEAR 50 DEGREES.
00:46:04We are not going to see much warming as we head throughout the next 24 hours.
00:46:07There is so much cold air wrapped in the system we're watching.
00:46:11That we are going to see little to noheating.
00:46:19As this approaches tomorrow.
00:46:20Morning rain.
00:46:22Chance of isolated thunderstorms.
00:46:23And snow as low as 2,000 feet at this point.
00:46:25Then we'll follow a system here as we get into thursday.
00:46:28So, right now we do have the front passing over again.
00:46:31Mainly just some moderate areas of rainfall.
00:46:35To some showers.
00:46:35We are not worried right now.
00:46:36The area of low pressure centered well up here.
00:46:39Wrapped into the northwest.
00:46:40Going to continue to push to the south.
00:46:43As we head throughout tomorrow.
00:46:44The cold air wrapped around it.
00:46:47It will mean low snow.
00:46:47And will bring us the chance here of some instability in the atmosphere.
00:46:51Likely isolated thunderstorms throughout tomorrow.
00:46:53In terms of our snow, winter weather advisory up for the east bay hills.
00:46:57Also for the santa cruz mountains.
00:47:00And throughout the higher elevations of the south bay.
00:47:02Could see snow right around to 2500 feet into tomorrow.
00:47:06With anywhere between two to four inches for those higher elevations.
00:47:12So, as we head throughout tomorrow.
00:47:15A mixed bag.
00:47:17Scattered, isolated thunderstorms.
00:47:18See breaks of sunshine.
00:47:19For the higher elevation, we are looking at potential for the low snow.
00:47:23Again from 2,500 feet upward.
00:47:26There is the chance of 2 to 4 inches possible throughout tuesday.
00:47:31In terms of temperatures we'll STRUGGLE TO GET OUT OF THE 40s Tomorrow.
00:47:34With temperatures nearly, at 50 degrees for most of the viewing area.
00:47:38And our seven-day forecast.
00:47:40Has some sunshine in it.
00:47:41Get into wednesday's forecast.
00:47:43Another system into thursday.
00:47:44Which will mean, more chances of some rainfall coming back into the forecast.
00:47:48Then, as we head into friday.
00:47:50Mostly cloudy skies.
00:47:52But, so far, so good for the weekend.
